One of my favorite quick meals uses these packs combined with a protein and vegetable of your choice.
Chicken, turkey, steak,and shrimp are cooked first in a large wok or frying pan. Once fully cooked, throw in the whole packet and mix with some water.
After the carbs are almost done cooking, add in your choice of vegetables such as broccoli, snap peas, or brussel sprouts.
