This gives you weekly scheduled communication via email, phone, text, or webcam to go over any and everything pertaining to your program. We can discuss your nutrition plan, correct technique on lifts or go over any other areas you are having a hard time in.
You will receive workouts that include exercise progressions and regressions if needed, nutrtional guidance, goal setting, and general motivation and support to get you to your goals. I will make myself regularly accessible with constant feedback to truely help you out and create a high level of accountability.

Accountability Coaching ($120-per-month)
If your really serious, do this program. You are fully engadged with me and my mission is to exemplify you and have you be a walking billboard for my company in the future.

I expect nothing short of your risk assessed potential.
I will personally prepare a customized workout plan based on your fitness level and goals. Assessment includes health questionaire, functional movement screen (FMS), initial strength test, initial cardiovascular test
This will be followed up with a nutrition plan that you will enjoy and be able to stick to based on the foods you like.
24/7 support and accountability
Basically, I will be on call to answer any questions or help in any way!
